So I recently bought Deborah McDermott's Draft Mare resin and had intended on doing it as a portrait of a horse I work with. However that would require roaning and I would rather practice that as much as possible instead of trying it out on this model.

Hello my lovelies! I'm sorry for my absence but school got crazy. I'm now in the process of completing finals (3 down 3 to go)! I'll finally have time to paint again. Unfortunately I won't be able make it to Breyerfest this year because of a college visit, but hey! I'll get to see an awesome art school (I want to go for Art Ed) and visit a historical town I've wanted to see since I was little, Salem. In addition to working on horses, I'll be working on my portfolio so I'll be posting more flatwork as well!
